Systems Integrator ConvergeOne Acquires Spanlink Communications
This acquisition is part of ConvergeOne’s ongoing strategy to provide best-of-breed solutions and services across all leading technology platforms. In fact, with the acquisition of Spanlink, ConvergeOne customers will now have access to comprehensive, single-source support for all of the platforms designated as leaders in Gartner’s UC Magic Quadrant — Cisco, Avaya, Unify (Siemens) and Microsoft.
ConvergeOne is a growing, customer-focused services and solution-enabled technology company with more than 50% of revenue coming from services. The company’s overall revenue has grown organically more than 40% over the past five years and more than 70% in total. In addition, ConvergeOne services revenue has grown organically about 80% over the past five years and about 130% in total, while achieving an NPS (or Net Promoter Score, a customer satisfaction rating) that is 30% above the industry norm.
Moving forward, Spanlink is now ConvergeOne Collaboration and will continue to sell, design, implement, and provide managed services and support for all three Cisco architectures, while maintaining the same consistency in strategy, leadership and customer focus. Existing Spanlink customers will continue to be served by the same professionals they already know and trust, and will also have access to ConvergeOne’s nationwide distribution network and broad portfolio of solutions and services. The company is led by Paul Maier as President, with previous Spanlink CEO Eric LeBow as Managing Director.
