Raises $35M Series C Financing <\/p>\n<p><b>July 28, 2008<\/b> &#8211; Sunnyvale, CA &#8211; EBR Systems Inc., a development stage, venture-backed medical device company, completed Series C financing of $35M on June 12, 2008.
